Graduated with a B.S. in Marketing from the University of Maryland.

Co-founded Syfter in 2017. Previously held multiple senior technical recruitment roles at staffing firms, plus corporate talent acquisition leadership at JetBlue Airways and Qatar Airways. Over a decade of hands-on experience matching technology professionals with the right opportunities. Graduated with a BBA from Florida Metropolitan University.

Has spent over five years at Syfter, progressing from Managing Director to Head of Strategy to CRO. Before Syfter, led West Coast operations at a national creative staffing firm and spent five years in senior account leadership at a 500+ person technology staffing company. Deep expertise in client development, go-to-market strategy, and revenue operations. Graduated from the University of San Francisco with a degree in Communication Studies, Marketing/PR.

Brings over 35 years of financial leadership to Syfter. Previously served as CFO at staffing and professional services firms ranging from $5M to $50M+ in revenue, including government-contracted staffing operations. Deep experience managing financial operations from early stage through scale. Graduated from Boston University with a B.A. in Accounting and Business Management.
