Live video with a Syfter recruiter. No recorded responses, no pre-recorded interviews, no AI avatars.

No virtual or blurred backgrounds allowed. We see where you are. The environment is part of the verification.

Recorded and transcribed. The end client can confirm it was a real candidate answering real questions they did not know ahead of time.

Unscripted and unprepared. Candidates answer on their own, in real time, with no advance notice of the questions.

Geolocation Check
Physical location confirmed during the live call. Different states, different tax codes, different laws.

Mitigates tax and compliance exposure. We do not claim to eliminate all risk, but we significantly reduce it by confirming the candidate is where they say they are.

Prevents fraud and misrepresentation. No claiming to be in New York while sitting in another country.

Travel notification required. If the candidate leaves their designated work location, they must notify both Syfter and the hiring manager before the change.

Can we eliminate AI entirely? No. But someone would have to go through extraordinary lengths to fool this process. That is the point. We maximize real human interaction and disable the most common ways people cheat.

Resume, social media, and interview verification of how candidates represent themselves. Inconsistencies resolved before submission.

Work authorization confirmed. Visa status and work authorization verified during screening, separate from any formal background check.
